Requesting a copy of a statement is helpful if you have multiple orders, or have an outstanding balance.
When requesting, you can request timeframes, such as Monthly, or Quarterly, or simply elect a statement showing your current balance.
You can request a copy of your statement by emailing accpayable@tamperevident.com.au
To assist us in sending your statement promptly, please provide us with as much of the below information:
- Your name, or entity that purchased from us
- An email address for the contact who purchased from us
- A purchase order number you placed with us
- A sales order number we provided you
- A sales invoice number we provided you
- Date of your last purchase
