There are 3 types of customisation available.

Laser Etching/Engraving


You can add a one colour mark via laser etching/engraving.

This method allows you to add the following to any of our existing plastic security seals:

  • Unique wording 
  • Uniquely numbered with your range of number 
  • Logo

Barcoding

  • Laser digits/working 
  • Laser Logo 
  • Laser Barcode
Artwork proof: We will supply an artwork proof for you to approve before production starts.

Lead time: Manufacturing will be completed between 2 and 10 weeks from artwork approval. 
  • Most customer experience a 4 week manufacture time.
  • We can express produce a limited amount of stock at an additional cost.
Choice of delivery options:

  • Sea freight (included in pricing) - allow 8 to 12 weeks
  • Air freight (additional charges apply) - allow 10 working days.
  • Combination of sea an air freight - we can express deliver a partial shipment via air freight (additional charges apply)

Limitations: Ideal for customising any of our existing plastic seals that are white, yellow, orange or pastel shades. Laser etching on bold colours can be difficult to see. If you require a bold colour plastic seal, chose foil or coditherm marking,

Foil Marking


You can add a foil mark to our plastic security seals via hot stamping.

This method allows you to add the following to our existing security seals..

  • Black or white stamp into the tag of the seal
  • Unique wording
  • Logo
  • Uniquely numbered with your range of number
Printing Plate: There is a one off cost to create a plate.

Coditherm Marking


Coditherm marking is a method of applying a print via thermal transfer to a plastic material.

This method allows you to add the following to our existing security seals..

  • Black mark on the tag of the seal
  • Unique wording
  • Logo
  • Uniquely numbered with your range of number
  • Barcode

Limitations: This method is less weather resistant and is better for shorter lifespan security requirements (e.g. goods in transit).
