There are three types of customisation options available.

Thermal Overprint on Existing Stock


You can add a one colour overprint using black ribbon transfer via Thermal Transfer Printing

This method allows you to add the following to any of our existing security labels:

  • Barcode
  • QR Code
  • Unique Number
  • Logos
  • Custom text
Artwork proof: We will supply an artwork proof for you to approve before production starts.

Lead time: Goods are dispatched within 5 working days from artwork approval.

Limitations: You cannot change the base material colour, size or void message.

Minimum order quantity: 1 x roll of labels (1,000 or 2,000 labels depending on the label size).

Customise Our White Tamper Evident Material


Using our white tamper evident material, you have more customisation options.

You can:

  • Customise the size up to (400mm x 300mm TBC)
  • Choose between two options of printing
This method allows you to add the following to any of our white tamper evident material.

  • Company brand
  • Barcode
  • QR Code
  • Unique Number
  • Logos
  • Custom text
Sizes: You can choose from our library of existing sizes or you can pay a one off cost for a specific cutting tool to meet your size requirements.

Printing of variable data: When choosing the printing plate option, if you require variable to be included, we follow a two step process.

  • Using the printing plate, apply the custom design elements that are the same on each label
  • Using black ribbon transfer apply variable data like unique barcodes or numbers.
Artwork proof: We will supply an artwork proof for you to approve before production starts.

Lead time: Goods are dispatched within10 working days from artwork approval.

  • Allow 5 working days for cutting plates and printing plates
  • Allow 5 working days for printing and dispatch.
Limitations: You cannot change the base material colour or void message.

Minimum order quantity: 5sqm of raw material - the number of labels produced will depend on the dimensions of the label.

Manufacturing elements: Fully customised labels go through mutiple steps to create the final product. This includes:

  • Cutting plates:
  • Printing plates
  • Material manufacture
  • Print run
  • QA
  • Delivery
Lead time:

  •  From sign off of artwork, there is a minimum production time of 6 weeks
Choice of delivery options:

  • Sea freight (included in pricing) - allow 8 to 12 weeks
  • Air freight (additional charges apply) - allow 2 to 3 weeks
  • Combination of sea an air freight - we can express deliver a partial shipment via air freight (additional charges apply)
Minimum order quantity: Allow for 500sqm of material, for example 100,000 x 20 cent piece size labels or 2,000 x A5 labels. We will provide minimum order quantities based on your requirements.

We are able to customise at lower quantities, however there are some fixed costs that will make larger order quantities much more cost effective. These include:
